Description
Add the ability to define what keyboard shortcuts handle what actions. Being cross-platform, Quassel's keyboard shortcuts wont always fit into the expected norms, so this seems like a good way to allow the user to change things to fit better in their setup.
Plus some users have unique preferences. :)
