'Reset' color code doesn't respect Quassel theming.

The color parsing currently ignores theming when the reset code (^O/ASCII decimal 15/hex 0x0F) is used.
This is is especially annoying on dark themes, as it seems to always default to black for its color, so you end up with black text on a dark colored background, which is essentially impossible to read.
Can be easily replicated by coloring some text and using a reset code in the middle while using a theme, especially obvious to see with Jussi's theme from http://quassel-irc.org/node/104 as an example.
