If I move the marker line upwards, and therefore mark all messages below as unread, I also expect the chat window state (and chat lists) to reflect that change.
Currently, this is not the case, the state of the chat window will remain "read"/"no activity" until the next new message is received.

If new messages are below marker line, window state should be "new message"
If highlight messages are below marker line, window state should be "highlight"
(and this should probably be the same for other activities (join/part/...))

(Some may consider this a non-issue, but at least to my understanding moving the marker line is equal to the "mark message as unread" in an email client or other chat software. Therefore I submitted this as a bug)
