"Configure" should not be the first menu entry in network context menu

Description
Version is 0.13-rc1 (both this and 0.12.5 are missing in the version list of the bugtracker).
Having this as the first entry in the context menu makes clicking on it and connecting to a network a bit fragile, as I'm used to go on the first entry to connect. I thing that configuration will not happen that often so adding it as last entry would make sense.

The core of the issue is that the user is accustomed to clicking the first entry in a network context menu to connect to the network. Since the "Configure" option is currently the first entry, it creates a fragile user experience and makes accidental clicks on configuration more likely than intended. https://www.choiceadvantage.com.co
