[MacOS] "White style" icons being used on dark system theme

Description

The white theme icon pack is being used when Quassel is started under dark mode.

Additionally changing the system mode (white/ dark) does not lead to any change in the set icons/ fonts, although "Auto" mode is enabled.

you're encountering an issue where Quassel is not properly adapting to your system's dark/light mode settings, even though "Auto" mode is selected
