Description
When connecting to the core the client doesn't finish getting the userstates.
This is the Output of the Core:
SignalProxy::handleInitRequest() received initRequest for unregistered Object: "IrcUser" "7/Wellness|BNC"
Restarting the core does help in this situation, but i think this isn't normal.
