'Chat Monitor' add whole network to list

Description
In the Chat Monitor settings dialog, I tried to add a whole network to the 'Ignore' (I have it set to Opt Out), but this is not allowed. Is there any reason why not, and if not, is it an idea worth persuing? Obviously, it's not a regularly used feature for most people, more a 'set and forget', but still... in terms of usability, it makes things slightly easier.
