Description

Some strings like Reset, Restore Defaults, Apply, Cancel and OK from the quassel settings dialog doesn't get localized because they are not in the string list of the quassel localization file.

Load Qt's default translations if available, fixes BR #400

Quassel now loads translations from Qt's standard translations directory if one is available for the language.

Note that we still have to provide a custom qt_${locale}.ts file for languages Qt doesn't provide translations for.
